Cable Trays
Cable Trays are support systems used in building electrical wiring. These cable support systems are commonly used to support insulated power and communication cables. Cable trays provide a more preferable alternative to electrical conduit systems and open wiring.
The cable trays which are available in accordingly are as follows:
• Light Duty Cable tray, also known as P Type.
• Medium Duty Cable Tray, also known as M Type.
• Heavy Duty Cable Tray, also known as R Type.
-Light Duty Cable Tray or LDT which are used for light duty applications and are easy to install.
-Medium Duty Cable Tray or MDT is used to provide extra protection and strength to the cable components which improves the life of these cables.
-Heavy Duty Cable Tray or HDT, it is used for extra protection and is installed very easily and have high accessibility.
Earth Chamber
Precast Earth Pit inspection Chamber are load rated to Residantal ,Industrial, Commercial suitable for most types of earthing and lightning protection installations.
Lids are available in 2 types, one with a central lifting eye for industrial applications. The other with a unique plain lid Non trip surface, ideal for public and pedestrian areas, shopping arcades, supermarket forecourts and cinemas where trip hazards are a potential problem.
The base is designed to accept a diagonal earth bar with 5 or 7 terminations.
If an alternative high load inspection pit is required the Heavy Duty Inspection Pit is recommended. Ideal for areas where high loads or small wheel vehicles.
Low Voltage Cables
Application: Power Distribution for Industrial, commercial, institutional and residential purposes.
Types and Sizes: Up to 4 core ranging from 4 sq. mm to 1200 sq. mm
Conductor: Aluminium – Solid, Stranded (Sector/Circular) or Copper – Solid, Stranded (Sector/Circular) or Flexible
Insulation: PVC – Type A, Type C, Polyetheylene, XLPE, ZHFR, LSZH
Inner Sheath: PVC – ST1, HR, FR, FRLS, LSZH
Armour: Galvanized Steel or Aluminium Wire / Strip / Tape
Outer Sheath: PVC – ST1, HR, FR, FRLS, LSZH, XLPO
G I Trunking
Cable Trunkings are manufactured compling to BS 4678 Part1
Cable trunking are manufacured to a standard length of 3 mts but can be produced to any desired length also on request.
Cable Trunkings are manufacutred with jet lock & screw fixing covers. Jet lock arrangement requires only a quarter rotation of the turn buckle for fixings.
Cable Trunking straight lengths are joined by connectors. Connectors are supplied in pairs with trunkings along with neccessary fastners.
Cable Trunking Accessories are produced out of single piece and require no welding. Accessories are produced with integral connectors & require no seperate connectors for joining.
Cable Trunking Accessories are manufactured to a standard radius of 300mm, but can be produced to the radius of 600mm & 900mm also, on request.
Cable Trunkings can be produced with different thickness also for custom designed requirements
Galvanized and Decorative Poles
Period style street lighting columns for residential areas, parks or conservation areas. Designed for use in areas where a traditional column is required without a large extra cost. Our decorative columns are manufactured from steel with cast aluminum decorations
