Ultrasonic Watermeters read water flow by the help of two ultrasonic probes positioned in the same axis.
In case of a velocity change, variance in ultrasonic waves is detected by the probe and by the help of the processor; these variances are converted into flow rate data.
Flowrate and Consumption Values can be read from the IP68 protected LED Screen.
Furthermore, it provides an alarm in low battery conditions. Internal Lithium Battery can provide power up to 10 years autonomously.
Shutoff Valve works with hydraulic principles and is controlled by the Prepaid Controller. When open, the valve provides minimum headloss and it provides drip tight sealing in shutoff.
Pressure Reducing
Maintaining hydraulic balance in water transmission and distribution systems is crucial to system efficiency.
Pressure Reducing Valves help accomplish this by reducing high inlet pressure to a lower constant predetermined delivery pressure.
They are the most commonly used control valves.
Pump Control Active Check valves
Pump Control Valves protect pumps, pipelines, and other system components by isolating the pipeline from the sudden velocity changes associated with pump starting and stopping.
The “Active Check Valve” logic of operation, is the method of pumping system control that prevents surges rather than eliminating them.
Quick Relief
Quick Pressure Relief Valves protect pumps and water distribution systems from extreme situations by relieving the excessive pressure immediately.
It opens fully in case of a sudden pressure peak and closes drip tight when the pressure level does not exceed the pre-set pressure level.
Repair Couplings
Main focus is in 316L body units which are normally on 2 weeks manufacturing lead. Due to prompt delivery these find major acceptance on site repair works / marine / shut-down works etc.
Axi-Flex /Stepped Couplings will connect similar or dissimilar pipes, same of differing OD and the wrap-a-round Repair Couplings find favour with end-user like DEWA, ADWEA, EMICOOL, EMPOWER etc. in situation where they experience pipeline cracks and associated leakages.
Sizes from DN50 to DN4000 but as the size goes up the pressure capability decreases.
Resilient Seated
The bonnet type Resilient Seated Gate Valves have a revolving non-rising stem, provided with a functional thread which is inside the valve chamber.
During the operation, stem revolves in the stem nut which carries along a solid wedge which is vulcanized by rubber. Due to its design, low torque values are achieved which eases the revolving of the stem.
The stem is locked against axial movement by a bonnet nut threaded to the bonnet, and no axial movement occurs in the specified conditions.
The wedge is guided in the body in a precast groove and provides an undisturbed water flow when the valve is open.
The body and the vulcanized wedge do not have pressed-in sealing seat. Without the sealing seat, residuals do not collect inside the valve which allows a drip tight closure even in dirty water. Moreover, vulcanized wedge can stretch in case a residual is stuck between the body and the wedge at the time of closure, so that sealing is achieved.
Rising Stem
The bonnet type Gate Valves with rising stem provides with a functional thread which is outside the valve chamber.
During the operation, the stem revolves in the stem nut which carries along a flexible wedge. Due to its design, low torque values are achieved which eases the revolving of the stem.
The stem is locked against axial movement by a collar fitted between the cover and the gland body and no axial movement occurs in the specified conditions.
The wedge is guided in the body in a precast groove and provides an undisturbed water flow when the valve is open.
The body and the wedge have pressed-in/threaded sealing seat to have drip tight sealing when the valve is closed. The rising feature allows the stem to move up and down at the top of the valve, acting like a position indicator.
Silent Type
Silent Check Valves are designed to have drip tight sealing in case of back flow.
Moreover, the valve disc is soft seated, which guarantees complete closure.
Due to its spring mechanism, closure of the valve is obtained before back flow reaches the valve, thereby minimizing the surge conditions.
As a result, Silent Check Valve operates in a fast way and closes silently.
Silent Check Valve body is in globe design to minimize the head loss, and can be installed in any position, flow up or flow down.
Single Chamber & Double Function
Single Chamber Air Release and Vacuum Valves are designed to perform two functions:
1. Venting of large volumes of air on the start-up of the system, while pipelines are filled.
2. Intake of large volumes of air on shut-off of the system, while pipelines are being drained.
