Foot Valve

Foot Valves are used to prevent back flow of the medium from the suction pipe of pumps; when the pump is turned off.
The valve disc is soft seated, which guarantees complete closure.
Due to its spring mechanism, closure of the valve is obtained before back flow reaches the valve, thereby minimizing the surge conditions.
As a result, Foot Valve operates in a fast way and closes silently.
Moreover, with the filter function, it prevents residuals from entering the pipeline and harming the pump or other crucial devices.
Foot Valve body is in globe design to minimize the head loss, and can be installed in vertical position with the direction of flow upwards.

HDPE Spacers

For road-crossing where the fluid carrying pipe cannot be buried directly. The movement of heavy vehicles will transfer impact loads and can damage pipeline with leaking water or gas etc. In all such cases, the carrier pipe is inserted into a sleeve pipe. Spacers allow the carrier pipe to be easily pulled into the existing sleeve pipe and the traffic loads do not reach the main service pipelines. Small size carrier pipes DN50 to very large DN3000

Hydraulic Actuated

Butterfly Valves have divided two-piece shaft that is guiding the disc. One of these shafts transfers the gearbox rotation force to the disc.
In case of an operation of the Hydraulic Actuator, the shaft rotates in its axis and moves the attached disc to open or close the valve.
The second shaft is used to guide the disc to the body of the valve. Friction of guiding is lowered by the bronze bearings on the body.
Butterfly Valves have Closed End Disc Design, and shaft bearing system is isolated from the medium by o-rings. As a result, high corrosion resistance and durability is achieved.

Integral Isolation Valve & Triple Function

Air Valves with Integral Isolation Valve are designed to perform three functions:
1. Venting of large volumes of air on the start-up of the system, while pipelines are filled.
2. Intake of large volumes of air on shut-off of the system, which pipelines are being drained.
3. Discharge of pressurized air pockets during the operation.
In addition to these functions, the Air Valve has an Integral Isolation Valve, enabling isolation of the sealing parts for cleaning and maintenance.

Level Control

Float controlled valves combine the advantages of excellent hydraulic control valves with the simplicity of mechanical floats.

The ability to separate the main valve from the float enables eliminating most of the installation and maintenance problems associated with mechanical float valves.

Level Control Valve with Modulating Horizontal Float is used to control reservoir filling to maintain constant water level regardless of fluctuating demand.

Lift Type

Lift Check Valves has a disc that lifts up off its seat by higher inlet pressure. When the inlet pressure drops, the disc is closed before the back-flow reaches to the valve, enabling non-slam & drip tight closure.
It has a relatively short valve disc travel resulting in an immediate valve disc closing on no flow conditions, minimizing water hammer and surge conditions.
Lift Check Valve has a center-guided, spring loaded valve disc with a resilient seal, acting over a bronze or stainless steel removable valve seat.
It can be furnished with valve position indicator and electrical limit switches and can be serviced without being removed from the pipeline.

Metal Seated

The bonnet type Gate Valves have a revolving non-rising stem, provided with a functional thread which is inside the valve chamber.
During the operation, stem revolves in the stem nut which carries along a flexible wedge. Due to its design, low torque values are achieved which eases the revolving of the stem.
The stem is locked against axial movement by a bonnet nut threaded to the bonnet, and no axial movement occurs in the specified conditions.
The wedge is guided in the body in a precast groove and provides an undisturbed water flow when the valve is open.
The body and the wedge have pressed-in/ threaded sealing seat to have drip tight sealing when the valve is closed.

Needle Plunger Valve

Needle Valves open and close by the axial movement of the disc that is connected to a crank and shaft mechanism which the gearbox commands.

When the valve is in fully open position, due to its aerodynamic design, it causes very low head loss and maximum flow capacity.

The disc is guided by circular disc guides deposit welded to the main body, which causes minimum friction loss and stable movement.

Stem, rotated by the gearbox, commands the crank mechanism which moves the disc axially to change the opening area of the valve.

When the valve is in fully closed position, due to special sealing mechanism, drip tight sealing is achieved.

Due to pressure-independent disc operation and special gearbox, torque values needed even in large sizes are minimum.

Plug Valve

Critically acclaimed for raw sewage lines, for shut off service. Eccentricity of the plug (and its turning away from the flow path) is a great feature in allowing (sewerage) solids to pass freely. Sizes and Pressures. Sizes 3” (DN80) to 48” (DN1200) and Pressures of PN10, PN16. Smaller sizes up to DN300 can also be rated PN25
