Dismantling pieces
Dismantling Joints allow easy installation and removal of valves from the system during maintenance.
By using the bolts on the product, the user can create a work space in the longitudinal direction and can work easily on the valve that is connected after the dismantling joint.
Double Chamber & Triple Function
Double Chamber Air Release and Vacuum Valves are designed to perform three functions:
1. Venting of large volumes of air on the start-up of the system, while pipelines are filled.
2. Intake of large volumes of air on shut-off of the system, while pipelines are being drained.
3. Discharge of pressurized air pockets during the operation.
Double Eccentric
Butterfly Valves have divided two-piece shaft that is guiding the disc. One of these shafts transfers the gearbox rotation force to the disc.
In case of an operation of the gearbox, the shaft rotates in its axis and moves the attached disc to open or close the valve.
The second shaft is used to guide the disc to the body of the valve. Friction of guiding is lowered by the bronze bearings on the body.
Butterfly Valves have Closed End Disc Design, and shaft bearing system is isolated from the medium by o-rings. As a result, high corrosion resistance and durability is achieved.
Expansion Joints
For water, waste water, chilled water & many other services, to permit pipelines “flex” a bit. Metallic pipes expand and contract when the ambient (or service) temperatures vary and non-metallic pipes (which may be buried) will move with ground settlement etc. Where probable movement can be envisaged the values are designed by a compensator which can flex, thus avoiding undue pipeline damage. Interesting applications are reservoir inlet/outlet connections, pump connections, differing flange standards either end, axial or angular offset of new to old pipelines. Sizes from DN50 to DN5000 and pressures of PN6 to PN25 on rubber, but the larger sizes would be lower pressure capability.. Higher pressures and temperatures in 316SS.
Flange Adaptors
DISMANTLING JOINTS AND FLANGE ADAPTORS
Flange adaptors are perfect for converting plain ended pipes to flanged end, thus enabling connection to pumps, valves etc. An added advantage is that slight misalignment between pipe and equipment can be overcome, depending on size, pressure or pipe material.
Constituted from flange adaptors together with a flange spigot and tie rods. This product is purpose-built for easy installation and removal of heavy valves and equipments.
We can provide our mechanical joint for pipe sizes starting from DN50mm to DN2400mm, for all types of type- DI, HDPE,UPVC etc..
Our pipes joint are suitable for flange drilling PN/ANSI and our pipes joints work under pressure 10 bar, 16 bar, 25 bar and 40 bar.
