1 Single Chamber & Single Function

Air Release Valves are designed to perform single specified function:
1. Discharge of pressurized air pockets during the operation.
1” Air Valves that are installed especially in the pump stations decrease overall pumping costs by discharging small pressurized air pockets that are slowing down the water flow.

Double Chamber & Triple Function

Double Chamber Air Release and Vacuum Valves are designed to perform three functions:
1. Venting of large volumes of air on the start-up of the system, while pipelines are filled.
2. Intake of large volumes of air on shut-off of the system, while pipelines are being drained.
3. Discharge of pressurized air pockets during the operation.

Integral Isolation Valve & Triple Function

Air Valves with Integral Isolation Valve are designed to perform three functions:
1. Venting of large volumes of air on the start-up of the system, while pipelines are filled.
2. Intake of large volumes of air on shut-off of the system, which pipelines are being drained.
3. Discharge of pressurized air pockets during the operation.
In addition to these functions, the Air Valve has an Integral Isolation Valve, enabling isolation of the sealing parts for cleaning and maintenance.

Single Chamber & Double Function

Single Chamber Air Release and Vacuum Valves are designed to perform two functions:
1. Venting of large volumes of air on the start-up of the system, while pipelines are filled.
2. Intake of large volumes of air on shut-off of the system, while pipelines are being drained.

Single Chamber & Four Function Non-Slam

Non-Slam Air Release and Vacuum Valves are designed to perform the three functions of Double Chamber Air Release and Vacuum Valves, and an additional damping function to protect the system from a possible water hammer:
1. Venting of large volumes of air on the start-up of the system, while pipelines are filled.
2. Intake of large volumes of air on shut-off of the system, while pipelines are being drained.
3. Discharge of pressurized air pockets during the operation.
4. Prevention of slamming during the operation and the start-up of the system by forming an air cushion in the system.

Triple Function Sewage

Air Release & Vacuum Valves for Sewage are designed to perform three functions in a single body for use in wastewater/ sewage systems:
1. Venting of large volumes of air on the start-up of the system, while pipelines are filled.
2. Intake of large volumes of air on shut-off of the system, while pipelines are being drained.
3.  Discharge of pressurized air pockets during the operation.
Due to its special sealing mechanism, the air valve does not get plugged and can operate in liquids with particles.

Underground Type

Underground Air Valves that can be buried under soil are designed to perform three functions:
1. Venting of large volumes of air on the start-up of the system, while pipelines are filled.
2. Intake of large volumes of air on shut-off of the system, which pipelines are being drained.
3. Discharge of pressurized air pockets during the operation.
Due to its Stainless Steel Sleeve, the valve can be buried under soil. As a result, no need for an expensive valve chamber is needed.
Moreover, it does not require any external isolation valve, due to its integral automatic closing mechanism. The valve can be serviced from a Surface Box and taken out for cleaning or maintenance.

Vacuum Valves

Vacuum Valves are designed to perform one specific function:
1. Intake of very large volumes of air in a short time to prevent pipeline failure because of a possible vacuum situation.
Vacuum Valves are installed in critical locations on the pipeline, in order to operate as an emergency valve to break the vacuum inside the pipeline.
