Earth Chamber
Precast Earth Pit inspection Chamber are load rated to Residantal ,Industrial, Commercial suitable for most types of earthing and lightning protection installations.
Lids are available in 2 types, one with a central lifting eye for industrial applications. The other with a unique plain lid Non trip surface, ideal for public and pedestrian areas, shopping arcades, supermarket forecourts and cinemas where trip hazards are a potential problem.
The base is designed to accept a diagonal earth bar with 5 or 7 terminations.
If an alternative high load inspection pit is required the Heavy Duty Inspection Pit is recommended. Ideal for areas where high loads or small wheel vehicles.
Earthing Rods & Accessories
Copper earth rods offer the contractor the best and most economical earth rods for structural earthing and lightning protection – earth rods are designed for use where extremely high corrosion resistance and long service life are required.
Earth rods and their fittings are used to provide the interface to ground in all soil conditions in order to achieve satisfactory earthing systems in overhead and underground electricity distribution and transmission networks – providing high fault current capacity on low, medium and high voltage substations, towers and power distribution applications.
Copper earth rods are produced from solid copper bar and are internally threaded for jointing – when deep driving a solid copper earth rod the usual practice is to insert the rod into a bore hole and backfill with either low resistance earthing compound or Bentonite.
Copper earth rods provide effective earthing for all site conditions and are manufactured from 99.9% copper with excellent corrosion resistance and very high tensile strength.
Earth rods take advantage of lower resistivity soils at greater depths than normal excavation will allow – used in conjunction with copper earth plates they are used to attain an effective earth in shallow soils or in locations with large amounts of buried services eg high voltage switching positions.

Expansion Joints
For water, waste water, chilled water & many other services, to permit pipelines “flex” a bit. Metallic pipes expand and contract when the ambient (or service) temperatures vary and non-metallic pipes (which may be buried) will move with ground settlement etc. Where probable movement can be envisaged the values are designed by a compensator which can flex, thus avoiding undue pipeline damage. Interesting applications are reservoir inlet/outlet connections, pump connections, differing flange standards either end, axial or angular offset of new to old pipelines. Sizes from DN50 to DN5000 and pressures of PN6 to PN25 on rubber, but the larger sizes would be lower pressure capability.. Higher pressures and temperatures in 316SS.

GE Osmonics Desal Membranes
GE Osmonics membrane elements are applied for placing reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes in RO systems for water treatment.
Membrane of all 4 inch and 8 inch GE Osmosics membranes suitable for different pressure ratings depending on the to be treated salinity of the water. Also the end-caps and membrane module connectors are indicated with their model type numbers for spare parts & components ordering and material selection.
GE Osmonics Desal membrane elements are divided in the following catagories:
AD – Sea water membranes
AD membrane elements are characterized by a very good sodium chloride rejection. AD Seawater Elements feature high-pressure construction.
AE – High Rejection High Flow Seawater RO Elements
AE – High Rejection Low Energy Seawater RO Elements
AG – Brackish water membranes
AG Standard Brackish Water Elements are selected when high rejection and operating pressures as low as 200 psi are desired. These elements allow moderate energy savings, and are considered a standard in the industry.
Fire Hydrant
We offer two types of Fire hydrants – the Dry Barrel type and the Wet Barrel type. They come with all the necessary local and international approvals.
Flange Adaptor
Flange Adapters are designed to join pipes of various outside diameters with flanged equipment of various drilling tables. Because of the wide range tolerance on OD a Flange Adapter can connect steel, ductile iron, UPVC pipes.

DISMANTLING JOINTS AND FLANGE ADAPTORS
Flange adaptors are perfect for converting plain ended pipes to flanged end, thus enabling connection to pumps, valves etc. An added advantage is that slight misalignment between pipe and equipment can be overcome, depending on size, pressure or pipe material.
Constituted from flange adaptors together with a flange spigot and tie rods. This product is purpose-built for easy installation and removal of heavy valves and equipments.
We can provide our mechanical joint for pipe sizes starting from DN50mm to DN2400mm, for all types of type- DI, HDPE,UPVC etc..
Our pipes joint are suitable for flange drilling PN/ANSI and our pipes joints work under pressure 10 bar, 16 bar, 25 bar and 40 bar.
Flap Valves
Flap valves: Flap valve especially designed to prevent backflow into sewers and protect properties against flooding.The flap valve is recommended for properties located close to waterways and bodies of water (streams, rivers, embankments, ponds …) where the surface water is directly discharged through an outfall into the watercourse.
It prevents the water from rising up through the sewer (heavy rain, storms or floods) and causing flooding.
· Made from glass fibre reinforced isophtal acid polyester and coated in an isophtal acid Gel-Coat, the new MULTI N flap valve design from offers superior resistance, all while further reducing its weight.
· The screws and bolts as well as the valve’s axle are made from grade 1.4401 (316) stainless steel and the seal is made out of EPDM.
· The MULTI N valve can withstand pressures of up to 1 bar and is highly resistant to corrosion, ultraviolet light, thermal shocks and mechanical stress.
· Flap valves can be equipped, if necessary, with a lifting ring nut for quick and easy handling from a distance.
· Flap valve can also deliver you purpose-built solutions for your specific applications
